Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to domestic Lebanon orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

SHIPPING COSTS

We are currently on a fixed price shipping model with respect to order value. Shipping prices will depend on cart value and your location.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

Transit time for Lebanon orders is 1-3 business days, international shipments can be 5-7 business days depending on the country.

C. Delivery Terms

We use Liban Post carrier to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours day of placing your order at info@getproblaster.com, or call us at +961 81 744 000.

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 12 PM (on the date of order), we can make exceptions which should be on CS staff disposal or order status.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
